Point of sale (selling at the door)
POS lets you sell tickets in person — at the door, at a stand or over the counter — taking cash or using your own card terminal.
1. Open POS
Go to Events → (event) → POS to start a new on-site sale.
2. Build the order
- Pick the ticket types and quantities the buyer wants.
- Fill in any required attendee form fields.
- Review the total.
3. Take payment and confirm
Collect the payment yourself — cash or card terminal — then mark the order as paid. No online payment gateway is involved; you confirm the payment manually.
Once confirmed, the buyer receives the same confirmation email with their tickets as any online order.
Tip: POS can also sell hidden ticket types on the spot, so you can offer staff, guest or last-minute tickets at the door without exposing them online.
