At the door your volunteer checks everyone in quickly with a QR scan in the browser of their own smartphone — no app and no till needed. Guests pay by Bancontact, iDEAL or card through your own Mollie or Stripe account, so the money from the party lands in the club's account the next business day.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need a subscription for one event a year?

No. On the free plan you only pay a fixed fee per ticket sold. If you organise more often, Studio (€29/month) offers a lower per-ticket rate.

Can we set different prices for members and non-members?

Yes. You create separate ticket types — for example a member rate and a guest rate — each with its own price and quantity.

Can we also sell food or drink tokens?

Yes. Alongside entry tickets you sell extras like menu choices, drink cards or consumption tokens in the same order.

Does the money go straight to the club?

Yes. You connect the club's own Mollie or Stripe account, so the proceeds come directly to you — ClearTix keeps nothing.
