Create your account and organization

Welcome to Cleartix. Before you can sell tickets, you need an account and an organization. This takes just a few minutes.

Create your account

1. Go to the sign-up page and register with your email address.
2. Open the verification email we send you and click the link to confirm your address.
3. Once verified, you're signed in and ready to create your first organization.

Set up your organization

Your organization is your ticketing brand. It owns your events, orders, and public pages.

1. Choose an organization name — this is what attendees see.
2. Pick a slug. Your slug becomes your public subdomain: your-slug.cleartix.io, where all your event pages live. The form shows the full address as you type. Choose something short and recognisable; it's hard to change later.
3. Choose the ticket shop language — Dutch, French, or English. It's pre-filled with the language you're using right now, and it's the language your shop and new events start in (visitors can still switch). You can change it later under Settings → Organization → Default language.
4. Configure your other defaults under Settings → Organization:
   • Currency (default EUR)
   • Timezone (default Europe/Brussels) — preselected for every new event you create
   • Country, and optionally your VAT number and default VAT rate

Where your tickets are sold

Your organization has a public ticket shop from the moment it's created: your-slug.cleartix.io. Every event you publish appears there automatically — no extra step. The dashboard home shows this address in the Your ticket shop card, with a copy button and an Open shop link, so you always know where to send your audience. Prefer your own web address? Connect a custom domain. You also receive this address in the welcome email sent right after you create your organization, together with the three onboarding phases.

Find your way around the dashboard

The sidebar groups everything you'll use:

• Home — an overview of activity
• Events, Orders, Scanner (check-in), and Analytics
• Templates, Locations, and Emails for reusable content
• Discount codes, Promo links, and Passes
• Settings and Branding

You can switch the admin interface language at any time from the sidebar. Notification emails to your team (new sale, bank transfer pending) follow that personal language first — see Sale notifications.

Part of more than one organization? The organization name directly under the ClearTix logo at the top of the sidebar is a dropdown: click it (or press the arrow keys while it has focus) to see all your organizations and switch between them. The star next to an organization marks it as the one that opens by default when you log in, and New organization at the bottom of the list creates another one.
