Your subscription and billing
Your plan decides which features you can use and how much you pay. Manage everything under Settings → Billing.
The three plans
Cleartix has three plans — Free, Studio and Pro — and each one unlocks more features, such as a custom domain, your own email domain, multi-day timeslots, gates, team members, and API & webhooks. Throughout the help centre, tier badges appear on features that need Studio or Pro, so you can see at a glance what each plan unlocks.
How pricing works
Pricing combines two parts:
- A monthly or yearly subscription for your plan.
- A small per-ticket platform fee on each ticket you sell, which depends on your plan.
Higher plans typically carry a lower per-ticket fee, so the right choice depends on how much you sell.
Payment and invoices
Pay by card or SEPA direct debit. From the Billing screen you can manage your billing address and payment method, and view your full invoice history to download past invoices.
Tip: New accounts may start with a trial, so you can explore Studio or Pro features before committing. Compare what each tier unlocks across the guides — the tier badges point you to the features that need an upgrade.
