Action items
Who books the PA, who prints the posters, who briefs the scanners? Open an event and go to Action items to keep that list next to the event itself, instead of in a group chat.
Available on every plan, for owners and staff.
Adding an item
Click Add action item and give it:
- A title and optional details.
- An assignee: any owner or staff member of your organization.
- A deadline and a priority (low, normal, high).
Attach files to an item — a quote, a plan, a photo — from its edit panel; see Attachments for the limits.
Working the list
- Tick the checkbox to mark an item done; untick it to reopen it. Done items move to their own section below.
- Items past their deadline are marked overdue in red.
- Use the arrows to reorder open items, and Only mine to see just the items assigned to you.
Where else you see them
- The event's overview page shows how many items are open and overdue, with the next three deadlines.
- Every event card in the events list carries an open items badge.
- Your dashboard home lists your open items across all upcoming events.
Templates
When you save an event as a template, its action items become the template's standard tasks, with their deadline stored relative to the event start (for example "14 days before"). Every event created from the template gets the same list with real dates.
API and assistants
Action items are available through the organizer API (tasks:read / tasks:write scopes) and the MCP assistant tools, so you can ask an assistant what is still open for Saturday.
