Your tickets are in your inbox
Right after your order you received a confirmation email with your tickets as a PDF with a QR code. Add them to Apple or Google Wallet, or simply show the email at the entrance. Lost the email? Request a fresh link with the email address you used at checkout.

The organiser sold you the ticket, so they are the one to contact for refunds, changes or practical questions about the event. You will find their contact details on the event page and in your confirmation email.
Secure payment, private data
Payments are processed by Stripe or Mollie (Bancontact, iDEAL, cards and more) — ClearTix never sees your card details. Your data is used only to issue and check your tickets and is handled in line with the GDPR.
