Send email from your own domain
By default, confirmation emails go out from a Cleartix address. On the Pro plan you can send them from your own domain instead, so emails look fully yours and land more reliably.
Set up your sender
Go to Settings → Email sender and:
- Set your From name — what recipients see as the sender.
- Enter your domain — the domain emails should be sent from.
- Cleartix shows you the DKIM DNS records to add.
- Add those records at your domain provider and verify.
Why verification matters
DKIM lets receiving mail servers confirm that messages genuinely come from your domain. Verified sending improves deliverability — fewer emails land in spam — and removes the Cleartix address, so confirmations look like they come straight from you.
Customising the content
Setting the sender controls who the email is from. To change what it says — the wording, layout and branding — see Email templates.
Note: Sending from your own domain is a Pro feature. Add every DKIM record exactly as shown; deliverability only improves once all of them verify.
