Collecting attendee data with forms

Forms let you gather the information you need from buyers — names, dietary requirements, a company name, anything relevant to your event.

1. Attach a form to a ticket type

A form is linked to a ticket type. Add the fields you need from these types:

• Text and long text
• Email and phone
• Dropdown, checkbox and radio
• Number and date

2. Choose how often it's filled

Decide whether the form is collected:

• Once per order — one set of answers for the whole booking.
• Once per ticket — each attendee fills it in, ideal for collecting every person's name and dietary needs.

3. At checkout

Customers fill the form in during checkout, and the answers are saved with the ticket.
