Terms of Service

1. Applicability

These terms of service apply to all agreements between ClearTix and organisers using the ClearTix platform (cleartix.io).

2. Service

ClearTix provides a SaaS platform for ticket sales. ClearTix is not a merchant of record — payments are processed directly through the Stripe or Mollie account connected by the organiser.

3. Fees

ClearTix charges a fixed fee per ticket sold, depending on the subscription plan. Free plan: €0.39/ticket. Studio: €0.25/ticket + €29/month. Pro: €0.15/ticket + €79/month. Free events (€0 tickets) are never charged.

4. Invoicing

Monthly subscriptions are invoiced in advance each month. Per-ticket fees are invoiced monthly in arrears based on tickets actually sold.

5. Liability

ClearTix is not liable for damages arising from events being cancelled or not taking place, for actions of payment providers, or for indirect damages.

6. Governing law

Belgian law applies. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Ghent.
