Multi-day events and timeslots
For a festival spread over several days, or a class series with multiple sessions, you can add timeslots to a single event instead of creating many separate ones.
1. Add timeslots
When editing the event, add timeslots (event dates). Each has its own start and end and an optional label such as "Friday" or "Session 1". Two or more timeslots is a Pro feature.
2. Link ticket types to timeslots
A ticket type can be valid for all timeslots or only specific ones. This is how you sell:
- A 1-day pass valid for a single timeslot.
- A 3-day pass valid for every timeslot.
See Ticket types for the rest of a ticket type's settings.
3. At the door
The scanner shows the active timeslot, and a ticket is checked in once per timeslot it's valid for. So a 3-day pass can be scanned each day, while a 1-day pass works only on its day.
Tip: Use clear timeslot labels — they show up in the scanner, so "Friday night" is far easier for door staff than a bare date and time.
