You sell day, weekend and combi tickets as separate ticket types, each with its own price and capacity, and connect your own Mollie or Stripe account for direct payouts. On festival days you deploy as many scanners as you need across the different gate zones: every ticket is scanned at the entrance and cannot be reused at another gate, so resold or passed-on wristbands are stopped. Visitors swap their QR ticket at the gate for a wristband and simply keep the ticket in Apple or Google Wallet — no app to download. In the dashboard you track live how many tickets are sold and scanned, so you can keep an eye on the crowd at each gate.

Frequently asked questions

Can I scan at multiple gates at the same time?

Yes. You open the ClearTix Scanner on as many devices as you like. A ticket scanned at one gate cannot be reused at another.

Can I offer day, weekend and combi tickets?

Yes. You create unlimited ticket types with their own price, validity period and capacity — for example a day ticket and a weekend combi.

Can I see live how many visitors are inside?

Yes. The dashboard shows in real time how many tickets are sold and scanned, so you can watch capacity at each gate.

Do I pay a percentage on my revenue?

No. ClearTix charges a fixed fee per ticket rather than a percentage — at high volumes that is a meaningful difference compared with percentage-fee platforms.
