Add-ons & extras
Sell merchandise, parking, drink tokens, or meal vouchers alongside tickets — paid or free, with optional stock limits and a per-order cap. Studio and Pro plans.
Add-ons appear at checkout after ticket selection and reduce stock automatically. Each one generates its own QR voucher, so you can scan and track hand-outs at a stand or the entrance, separately from ticket check-in.
Hidden tickets & access codes
Keep ticket types off the public page and unlock them with a code — perfect for presales, members-only rates, or VIP allocations.
Share an unlock link (e.g. ?unlock=CODE) and the hidden tickets appear only for people who have it. Each code carries a label, and you can see which code was used on every order. Studio and Pro plans.
Promo & tracking links
Create trackable links for each channel — newsletter, Instagram, a partner — and see which one drives clicks and sales, no cookies required.
Each link adds a ?ref= tag to your event URL. ClearTix counts clicks and attributes orders to the link, so you can compare channels side by side. Studio and Pro plans.
Waitlist management
When an event sells out, attendees join a waitlist. When capacity opens, the next person is notified automatically.
Waitlist is first-in-first-out. Organizer can also manually release spots.
Group bookings & invoicing
Let companies book multiple attendees in one order and capture their billing details — company name, VAT number, and address — for a proper invoice.

POS mode — door sales
Sell tickets on event day to walk-in attendees from any device. Accept cash or take a card payment via Stripe or Mollie. A QR-coded ticket is delivered by email or shown on screen instantly.

The scanner shows the active timeslot and each ticket can be checked in once per valid slot. The live dashboard breaks attendance down per timeslot. Pro plan.
Attendee forms
Collect exactly the info you need at checkout — dietary needs, t-shirt size, membership number, and more — with text, dropdown, checkbox, date, and number fields.

Bank transfer payments
Prefer to be paid by wire? Enable bank transfer and confirm payments manually when the money lands — no Stripe or Mollie required.
Tickets are issued once you mark the order as paid. Handy for associations and invoiced orders, alongside or instead of card payments.
Delight your attendees
Wallet passes
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes generated automatically for every ticket. Available on every plan.
Each pass contains the event name, date, venue, and the attendee's unique QR code. Added to the phone in one tap at checkout. If your event time or location changes, all issued passes update automatically via Apple and Google push — no action needed from attendees.
Self-service & ticket transfer
Buyers re-download their tickets and Wallet passes anytime via a secure email link — and can transfer a ticket to someone else in a couple of taps.
No account needed: a magic link opens their tickets. Transfers use a link that expires after 72 hours, so the new holder gets a fresh, valid ticket.
Customizable email templates
Tailor every automated email — confirmation, reminder, follow-up, cancellation, waitlist, and payment request — with a rich-text editor.
Edit per organization in Dutch, French, and English, or override per event. Variables like buyer name, event title, and date are filled in automatically.
