Flexible ticket types
Create as many ticket types as you need — each with its own price, capacity, sale window and per-order limit — and combine them with add-ons, forms, timeslots, passes and access codes.
Ticket types can share a capacity pool, be hidden behind a code, be limited per order, or be linked to specific timeslots. Free tickets, donations and reserved allocations are supported out of the box. Included on every plan.
No-app QR scanner
PWA scanner works in any smartphone browser. Copes with a patchy connection — keeps scanning, even on weak signal.
At session start, the full attendee manifest is downloaded to the device, which needs an internet connection. After that, each ticket is checked locally on the device, so scanning carries on when the connection falters. Check-ins queue on the device and are sent to ClearTix automatically. Works on any phone, tablet, or laptop, or a PC with a webcam. No app to install; staff sign in with their own account or a shared scanner PIN.
AI assistant (MCP)
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or your own agents over MCP and manage events, ticket types, emails, orders and check-ins in plain language. Included on every plan.
Hosted assistants sign in with your ClearTix account and get exactly the scopes you pick; command-line tools use an API key. Destructive actions require explicit confirmation and everything is written to the audit trail.

Embeddable event widget
Show all your upcoming events as a list or calendar right on your own website — visitors browse and check out without leaving your site.
Pick events automatically (all upcoming, from a template, by location) or hand-select them, set a date range, and match your colors. Sold-out events stay visible with a badge.
Sponsors & ads on your tickets
Fill the bottom third of every PDF ticket with your own layout: sponsor logos, an ad for your next event, a discount code for the bar. Set a default once and override it per event. Studio and Pro plans.
Design it in the dashboard with text, headings, links and images, check it with a PDF preview, and give each event its own sponsors or none at all. Available in every language you sell in, and via the API and your AI assistant too.
Multilingual checkout
Every booking page is available in Dutch, French, and English. Attendee's browser language is detected automatically.
Language can be overridden per event. All transactional emails sent in the attendee's chosen language.

Passes & class packs
Sell a pass once and let customers redeem credits across many events — a 10-class card, a season pass, or a multi-event bundle.
Set the credit count, price, and validity period, then choose where it applies: your whole organization, a series from a template, specific events, or specific ticket types. Studio and Pro plans.
Timeslot booking
Let customers pick a timeslot within your event — perfect for mini-shoots, guided tours, tastings, intake calls or escape rooms. Each slot has its own capacity in bookings, and a generator creates a whole series of slots in one go.
The booked slot shows on the payment page, in the confirmation email with a calendar invite, on the ticket and in the wallet pass — and the scanner enforces it. Included on every plan, including free.
Add-ons & extras
Sell merchandise, parking, drink tokens, or meal vouchers alongside tickets — paid or free, with optional stock limits and a per-order cap. Studio and Pro plans.
Add-ons appear at checkout after ticket selection and reduce stock automatically. Each one generates its own QR voucher, so you can scan and track hand-outs at a stand or the entrance, separately from ticket check-in.
Hidden tickets & access codes
Keep ticket types off the public page and unlock them with a code — perfect for presales, members-only rates, or VIP allocations.
Share an unlock link (e.g. ?unlock=CODE) and the hidden tickets appear only for people who have it. Each code carries a label, and you can see which code was used on every order. Studio and Pro plans.
Promo & tracking links
Create trackable links for each channel — newsletter, Instagram, a partner — and see which one drives clicks and sales, no cookies required.
Each link adds a ?ref= tag to your event URL. ClearTix counts clicks and attributes orders to the link, so you can compare channels side by side. Studio and Pro plans.
Waitlist management
When an event sells out, attendees join a waitlist. When capacity opens, the next person is notified automatically.
Waitlist is first-in-first-out. Organizer can also manually release spots.
Group bookings & invoicing
Let companies book multiple attendees in one order and capture their billing details — company name, VAT number, and address — for a proper invoice.
ClearTix generates an invoice for the buyer's finance team while every attendee still receives their own ticket. Ideal for corporate days, associations, and B2B events. Pro plan.
POS mode — door sales
Sell tickets on event day to walk-in attendees from any device. Accept cash or take a card payment via Stripe or Mollie. A QR-coded ticket is delivered by email or shown on screen instantly.
Door sales appear in the same attendee list and check-in flow as online purchases. Capacity limits apply. Studio and Pro plans.

Save ticket types, gates, access codes, and email overrides in a template, then spin up new events — even a whole series — in seconds.
Schedule recurring classes or sessions in bulk from one template, or apply it to an existing event. Everything copied over can still be tweaked per event.
Multi-day events & timeslots
Run festivals, courses, and exhibitions with multiple timeslots in a single event. Link ticket types to all slots or specific ones for day and session passes.
The scanner shows the active timeslot and each ticket can be checked in once per valid slot. The live dashboard breaks attendance down per timeslot. Pro plan.
Attendee forms
Collect exactly the info you need at checkout — dietary needs, t-shirt size, membership number, and more — with text, dropdown, checkbox, date, and number fields.
Attach a form to any ticket type and ask once per order or once per attendee. Answers are saved with each ticket and included in your attendee export.

Direct payments to your account
Connect your own Stripe or Mollie account. Revenue settles directly — ClearTix never holds your money.
Stripe: 24–72h payouts. Mollie: next business day. Platform fee invoiced separately at month end.
Bank transfer payments
Prefer to be paid by wire? Enable bank transfer and confirm payments manually when the money lands — no Stripe or Mollie required.
Tickets are issued once you mark the order as paid. Handy for associations and invoiced orders, alongside or instead of card payments.
Delight your attendees
Wallet passes
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes generated automatically for every ticket. Available on every plan.
Each pass contains the event name, date, venue, and the attendee's unique QR code. Added to the phone in one tap at checkout. If your event time or location changes, all issued passes update automatically via Apple and Google push — no action needed from attendees.
Self-service & ticket transfer
Buyers re-download their tickets and Wallet passes anytime via a secure email link — and can transfer a ticket to someone else in a couple of taps.
No account needed: a magic link opens their tickets. Transfers use a link that expires after 72 hours, so the new holder gets a fresh, valid ticket.
Customizable email templates
Tailor every automated email — confirmation, reminder, follow-up, cancellation, waitlist, and payment request — with a rich-text editor.
Edit per organization in Dutch, French, and English, or override per event. Variables like buyer name, event title, and date are filled in automatically.
Email broadcasts
Send updates, reminders, or changes directly to your event attendees. Studio and Pro plans.
Send to all ticket holders for an event, or filter by ticket type (e.g. VIP only). Sent from your custom email domain on the Pro plan. Typical uses: venue change alerts, day-of reminders, post-event follow-ups.

Door staff sign in with their account or a shared 4-digit PIN, scanners can be tied to specific gates, and every important action is logged in the audit trail. Up to 5 team members on the Pro plan.

Build your own integrations: read events, orders, and attendees through the API, and get signed webhooks the moment things happen.
Subscribe to events like ticket.sold, ticket.checked_in, ticket.refunded, order.created, and event.published. Deliveries are signed and retried. REST API on Studio and Pro; webhooks on Pro.
