Team members and roles
Working with colleagues? Invite them to your organisation and give each person the right level of access. Manage everyone under Settings → Team.
Invite a colleague
Invite team members by email address. They receive an invitation and join your organisation once they accept.
The three roles
- Owner — full access to everything, including settings, payments and billing.
- Staff — manage events, orders and check-in. Ideal for the people running your events day to day.
- Scanner — check-in only. Perfect for door staff who just scan tickets and shouldn't see orders or settings. See Scanner login.
Removing members and assigning gates
You can remove a member at any time. You can also assign staff to specific gates, so each person only checks in at the entrance they're responsible for.
Tip: Give door staff the Scanner role rather than Staff — they get exactly what they need at the entrance and nothing more, which keeps your orders and settings private.
