Confirmation and tickets
Here's what your customer gets the moment a payment goes through.
The confirmation page and email
Right after paying, the buyer sees a confirmation page and receives a confirmation email. The email is sent in the language they chose at checkout, so a French buyer gets French.
The tickets
Each ticket is a PDF with a QR code that you scan at the door. Customers can also add the ticket to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, so it lives on their phone without digging through email.
Every ticket carries:
- The event details — name, date, time and location.
- The attendee's name, taken from your attendee form.
- Your branding, so the ticket looks like it comes from you, not from us.
Re-downloading
Nothing is ever lost. The customer can re-download all of this from the confirmation page, or later through My tickets.
Tip: Wallet passes update automatically if event details change, so a venue or time change reaches everyone who added the pass — no resend needed.
