Accounting integrations

Business (B2B) orders need an invoice in your bookkeeping. Instead of creating those by hand, connect ClearTix to your accounting package under Settings → Accounting: every paid business order is then exported automatically — as a PDF plus a UBL e-invoice (Peppol BIS 3, the format required for Belgian B2B invoicing since 2026) — and marked Invoiced in your orders list.

Available connections

  • Email to accounting inbox (every plan) — ClearTix emails the invoice (PDF + UBL) to a fixed intake address: the document inbox of virtually any accounting package (Exact, Octopus, Dexxter, …) or simply your accountant's mailbox.
  • Billit (Studio/Pro) — creates the invoice in your own Billit account and sends it to your customer via the Peppol network, falling back to email when the customer is not on Peppol. You'll need your Billit API key and company ID (PartyID), both found in MyBillit under Settings → Users & API key. Optionally add the shown webhook URL in MyBillit to see delivery statuses in ClearTix.
  • ClearFacts (Kyte) (Studio/Pro) — delivers the invoice as UBL straight into your ClearFacts dossier, ready for your accountant without OCR. Requires an accountant who works with ClearFacts; create a personal access token under Integrations in the ClearFacts portal and enter it together with your dossier's VAT number.
  • Yuki (Visma) (Studio/Pro) — delivers the invoice (UBL + PDF) into your Yuki administration's document inbox, where Yuki books it automatically. You'll need the Webservice access key (My domain → Webservices in Yuki) and the administration ID; works with both yukiworks.be and yukiworks.nl.

Credit notes for refunds

Refund a (partially) invoiced business order and the bookkeeping needs a credit note. ClearTix handles that too:

  • With an active connection and auto-export on, every confirmed refund on an invoiced order automatically gets a credit note — its own number from the same sequence, referencing the original invoice — and it is delivered to your package just like invoices.
  • Without a connection, use Create credit note on the order detail page; the PDF and UBL are then available for download.
  • Credit notes carry the same VAT treatment as the original invoice (including reverse charge).

How it works

  1. Pick a connection and fill in the details — ClearTix verifies them live before activating anything.
  2. Choose whether existing open business orders should be exported right away (the count is shown; nothing is exported silently).
  3. From then on, every business order is exported automatically the moment it is paid. Prefer manual control? Turn off auto-export and use Send to … on the order detail page instead.

The invoice number always comes from your own ClearTix sequence, so the legally required unbroken numbering survives switching packages. Failed exports stay in the To invoice list — nothing gets lost — and the settings page shows a failure counter with the reason on each order.

Invoices without a connection

Even without any connection you can generate the invoice on the order detail page (Generate invoice) and download the PDF and UBL file, or keep marking orders invoiced manually with your own reference.

Tip: Switching packages later? Just disable the old connection and set up the new one. History stays intact and already-invoiced orders are never exported twice.
