Live check-in dashboard
The live dashboard lets you follow check-in as it happens, without scanning yourself. It's the view to keep open on a laptop or back-office screen during your event.
Open the live view
Go to Events → (event) → Check-in. The live view shows, for the event:
- Total capacity — how many can come in.
- Checked in — how many have arrived so far.
- Remaining — places still to fill.
- A timeline of arrivals over time. For a multi-day event this is broken down per timeslot, so you can see each day or session separately.
It refreshes on its own
The dashboard updates automatically, so the numbers move as your staff scan at the doors. You don't need to reload — arrivals across all your gates roll up into the same view in real time.
Tip: Watching the curve tells you when the rush is over. If "remaining" stalls near the end, it's a good cue to wind down the door and reassign staff.
