Group bookings and invoices

Group bookings are built for B2B sales — when one company books several attendees at once and needs a proper invoice rather than a personal receipt.

How it works

When group bookings are enabled, the checkout can collect the buyer's business details:

• Company name
• VAT number
• Billing address
• Invoice details

The buyer chooses the number of tickets, fills in the company information and pays for the whole group in one order.

The invoice

For each group booking, Cleartix produces an invoice for the order, ready to forward to the company's finance team. The attendees still receive their tickets as usual.
