Can I let people register by distance?

Yes. You create unlimited ticket types — for example 20, 40 and 60 km — each with its own price and capacity, so you manage participant numbers per distance.

Can I sell a meal or refreshments?

Yes. Through add-ons you offer extras such as a pancake, soup or refreshment pack, which participants pay for straight away at registration.

Do I have to scan at the start?

You can, but you don’t have to. You check participants in smoothly with the QR scanner in the browser, or you allow a free start and use ClearTix only for registration and payment.

Do I pay a percentage of my revenue?

No. ClearTix charges a fixed fee per registration instead of a percentage — with many participants that makes a real difference compared with platforms that charge percentage fees.
