Can I ask for the team name at registration?

Yes. With the attendee form you add your own fields — for example the team name and number of players — that every team fills in at booking. You have the full list ready before the night begins.

Can I sell drink cards in advance?

Yes. Through add-ons you offer drink cards or consumption tokens at registration. Attendees pay for them straight away, which greatly reduces work at the door and the need for change on the night itself.

Do I sell tickets per team or per person?

Both work. You create a ticket type per team (for example for four or six players) or per individual player, each with its own price and capacity.

Do I pay a percentage of my revenue?

No. ClearTix charges a fixed fee per ticket instead of a percentage — for a busy quiz night with many teams that makes a real difference compared with platforms that charge percentage fees.
